Sara Rice is an former inmate of Litchfield Penitentiary, who was mistaken for Angie Rice at the time it was to be released. She is portrayed by Suzanne Ankrum.
Personality
Sara seems to be quite tetchy and nervous when she hasn't been called to be released. She gets annoyed when she reveals to Elique Maxwell that she has given away all of her possessions.

Sara Rice physically resembles Angie Rice, a fellow inmate. She has dishevelled hair and round eyes and has poor posture.
Biography
Season Three
Due to the lack of knowledge of the new correctional officers, Sara is confused the day she wanted to be released with Angie Rice, who is eventually released in her place.
While waiting in the morning in her bunker and handed over her items to leave, Angie was successfully taken to the bus station using her identity. Later she asked Maxwell what time it would be loose, confused, Maxwell asked Bayley why Sara Rice was in front of her when the other inmates were released. ("We Can Be Heroes")
Sara was most likely released during the exchange.
