Caputo's Unnamed Step-Daughter is the daughter of Joe Caputo's ex-wife Lisa and his former band-mate, Hank. She was conceived during a break up between Caputo and Lisa. After Caputo and Lisa got back together Caputo agreed to raise the child as his own because he loved Lisa and wished to have a family with her.
Later on, Lisa leaves Caputo for Hank when he returns from his sold out band tour. She admits to Caputo that she has always loved Hank and is leaving him for Hank and taking her daughter with him. Apparently, Hank has tried to be a good father to her.
The child's name is never disclosed.
