Bill arrives with Judy to drop her off at Litchfield Penitentiary after the guard walk out. He suggests complaining as there is no one to accept her. ("Trust No Bitch")

When the season picks up from the season 3 finale, Bill finally gives Judy over to Joel Luschek. ("Work That Body for Me")
Season Five[]
After it is discovered Judy has been texting with Bill and Reg King, the two go to find Judy, but are stunned to find that a riot has broken out, and are sent to the grassland with other watchers. ("Fuck, Marry, Frieda")
